The fabrication details are carried through in nearly every element of the design, from the tiny plastic nib outside the right-hand earbud to the intelligent concave/convex buttons on the remote (two intuitive touch queues that make use a cinch). Those obsessed with detail will appreciate how the width of the cable and the edge finishing on the remote is nearly identical to edge on the iPhone 4, and how the L-shaped plug blends seamlessly with the iPhone 4's form-factor. When it comes to sound, the a-JAYS Four do not disappoint. They ship with a range of in-ear sleeves to provide ideal sound isolation, no matter the user. The 8.6 mm speakers deliver a well-balanced sound with a solid bass response, and have been tweaked to perform great in the voice frequency range, so that phone calls don't have to take a back seat. While there are hundreds of options for headphones on the market, the a-JAYS Four get our vote for the best iPhone compatible version available. |

Remote and MicThe a-JAYS remote uses the latest available microphone technology. It's a digital, active surface-mounted MEMS silicon microphone that removes GSM/TDMA burst noise and provides wide-band RF noise suppression, giving it the best performance on the market. The MEMS microphone also works in 360 degrees meaning it will effectively pick up your speech in any position.
